Recordings by Louisiana artists earn numerous nominations and wins at the 68th Annual GRAMMY Awards, even sweeping all the nominations in Best Regional Roots Album category!


Louisiana artists represented every corner of thre state and across genres as diverse as Blues, Brass Bands, Country, Funk, Gospel, Jazz, Opera, Rap, R&B, and Zydeco. Nominees include:

Louisiana artists featured on the GRAMMY Awards: Trombone Shorty was performed on the opening segment of the Premiere Ceremony and Jon Batiste joined the In Memoriam segment of the GRAMMY telecast.
